Delivery of goods
We use the courier service OMNIVA for delivery
We deliver your ordered and paid goods all over Lithuania (except Curonian Spit)
For delivery to Curonian Spit and other countries, please contact our manager.
Goods that fit into post offices can be picked up at the nearest Omniva post offices.
The delivery price is calculated according to the weight of the ordered goods. You can collect your goods free of charge from our
in our warehouse at Eišiškių pl. 127, Vilnius.
Delivery time
Upon receipt of payment, the goods are delivered within 2-5 working days from the date of order.
For individual orders, the production and delivery time is determined by separate agreement.
You can collect the goods from the warehouse (after payment) by arranging the time in advance. On arrival at the warehouse
it is necessary to know the order number and to present a document confirming your identity.
If you choose to collect the goods from our warehouse, you must do so within 5 (five) working days, and thereafter
a storage fee of 1.0% of the value of the goods per day will apply.
Where delivery services are provided by a third party (courier service), Notrum UAB cannot be
be liable for any delay or other event in the delivery of the goods from the moment the goods are handed over to the courier
to the courier service.
If the delivery of the goods is delayed for any reason, we will inform you by email or telephone.
