Purchase rules
These Notrum Rules govern the conclusion of the contract of sale and the obligations of the parties
between the Seller (UAB Notrum ) and the Buyer.
The goods in the online shop :www.https://e-notrum.lt/gb/ can be purchased by both natural and legal persons.
By purchasing goods in the online shop, the Buyer agrees to the application of these rules.
The Buyer may only purchase goods in his/her own name, assuming full responsibility for the information provided in the registration form
the correctness and accuracy of the data provided in the registration form.
In the event of a change in the Buyer's details provided on the registration form, the Buyer shall immediately
update it immediately.
The contract of sale shall be deemed to have been concluded as soon as the Buyer has entered into the contract on the website

for the goods and delivery of the goods. The Purchase and Sale Agreement shall remain in force until the obligations under this

After the Buyer has placed and paid for the order, the Seller shall confirm the order by sending an order confirmation
information and a confirmation message. Once the Buyer has received the order confirmation, the order cannot be
cancelled.

The Seller cannot guarantee that the colour and shape of the actual goods will be the same as the colour and shape of the goods displayed on the Buyer's monitor
photo. The difference may be due to the characteristics of the monitor used by the Buyer.
If the Seller is unable to fulfil an order due to stock shortages, the Seller shall
inform the Buyer immediately by telephone or e-mail to the effect that the order can be fulfilled
is not possible. The Seller shall refund the Buyer for undelivered goods within 5 working days.
If the goods delivered are not those ordered by the Buyer, the Buyer shall, within 2 working days at the latest
2 days to inform the Seller by e-mail at------------- or by phone at --------------. The Seller shall at its own
at its own expense and replace the goods with the goods ordered by the Buyer.
The Seller has the right to temporarily or indefinitely terminate the e-shop www.https://e-notrum.lt/gb/
operation.
The Seller has the right to modify these Terms and Conditions of Purchase. The amendments shall take effect from the date of the amended Terms and Conditions
and shall apply to all new sales concluded on the website of the e-shop
purchase transactions.
Disagreements arising in connection with sales contracts between the Buyer and the Seller shall be settled by negotiation.
In the event of failure to reach an agreement, disagreements shall be settled in accordance with the procedures laid down by the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
