Product warranty and returns
We, the employees of UAB Notrum, always strive to meet the needs of our customers (buyers)
and accept suggestions and comments with kindness. We evaluate requests for returns or exchanges
in a human manner, taking into account the customer's wishes.
Upon acceptance of the goods, the buyer must check the quantity, quality and functional characteristics of the goods. Goods
any discrepancy in quantity, quality or technical characteristics must be noted in the delivery note received with the goods
document received with the delivery.
If the goods have been sold to the buyer of unsatisfactory quality, the buyer shall be entitled, at his option, to claim
to replace the defective goods with goods of satisfactory quality or to reduce the price of the goods accordingly.
Goods purchased by the Buyer shall be exchanged or returned upon written request, accompanied by
a document confirming the purchase or sale.
The Buyer has the right to return the goods to UAB Notrum within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt
to return the purchased goods to Notrum Notrum and to recover the money paid. Returned goods are accepted in their original packaging
in the same condition, undamaged and in the same set. In case of return, the buyer shall pay the shipping costs.
Goods made to the buyer's own design are non-returnable, unless the goods
do not meet the quality requirements agreed between the buyer and the seller.
In the event of delivery of the goods sold to third parties, Notrum UAB cannot be held liable for any
any act or omission of third parties providing delivery services and any consequential adverse
consequences.
